Geri Ximenez-Fujitani has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry. For eight years, she was a regional manager at one of the largest recruiting firms in North America. Ms. Ximenez-Fujitani also worked at a few boutique firms that specialized in healthcare and legal services. Throughout her career, she has received several awards for performance and excellence. Ms. Ximenez-Fujitani’s motto has always been to provide exceptional service from the customers perspective. This motto coupled with her industry knowledge and experience has proven to be a successful formula.
Les Fujitani has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and information technology industries while working for the State of California. His expertise lies in research and analysis, strategic planning, innovation, enterprise development, project management, and technical writing. During five of the 20 years, Mr. Fujitani worked on several initiatives for Governor Gray Davis as well as Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. These initiatives not only allowed him to work on high profile projects, but they also allowed him to establish several relationships in government, business and academia. Mr. Fujitani has received numerous accomplishment and commendation awards from various entities. With his past experience and relationships, Mr. Fujitani is driven to build a top executive recruiting agency.
